The Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence the BI Consultant will provide Market intelligence and Business Intelligence support for the EMEA Large Enterprise business unit. You will work closely with the EMEA Senior Marketing Team to ensure understanding of the Dell performance and of the market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with key industry analysts including IDC, Gartner, Forrester & Context. Provide quarterly market updates based on the input of the market research firms. Going beyond the quantitative data including qualitative insight to provide a comprehensive understanding of the market trends on client and on solutions with the support of the WW LE market intelligence team.
Support build up of EMEA Ops review presentation including share trend, lob conversion, growth vs market, accounts concentration, sales alignment
To support the Forecast cycle understanding the market environment, reviewing and challenging IDC forecast and Provide MDs, Marketing managers and Finance with proper analysis to justify key forecast decisions and implement of a predictive model to provide different scenarios.
Take on strategic projects as required by the executive team including client reinvention
